1. By using Caravista, you explicitly agree to the following terms:

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
   By downloading, installing, or using Caravista ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
   Caravista is a mobile application that enables users to:

• Share photographs of cars

• Organize and participate in car rallies and tours

• Create and join automotive community events

• Upload and share photos along designated routes

1. USER ACCOUNTS
   3.1. You must register for an account to use certain features of the App.
   3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
   3.3. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

2. USER CONTENT
   4.1. By uploading photos or content to the App, you:

• Retain your ownership rights to your content

• Grant Caravista a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content

• Confirm you have the right to share the content
  4.2. You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on others' intellectual property rights

• Contains inappropriate or illegal material

• Violates privacy rights of others

1. RALLY AND TOUR ORGANIZATION
   5.1. Event organizers are responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations

• Obtaining necessary permits and permissions

• Managing participant safety
  5.2. Caravista is not liable for any incidents during organized events

1. PHOTO GUIDELINES
   6.1. Photos must:

• Be taken in public spaces or with property owner's permission

• Respect privacy and property rights

• Not reveal sensitive information (e.g., license plates should be obscured)

1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
   Users may not:

• Use the App for illegal purposes

• Harass or bully other users

• Share inappropriate or offensive content

• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the App's features

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   8.1. The App and its original content (excluding user-submitted content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Caravista.
   8.2. The App's trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos are protected by law.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   9.1. Caravista is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
   9.2. We are not liable for any damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the App

• Unauthorized access to user data

• Events organized through the App

• User-generated content

1. CHANGES TO SERVICE
   We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App without notice

• Change these Terms and Conditions at any time

• Update pricing or features

1. PRIVACY
   Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

2. TERMINATION
   We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.

3. GOVERNING LAW
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union.
